A Riverfront Vacation Retreat located in

Our beautiful Hill Country retreat is
located directly on the South Fork of the Guadalupe
River, 5.5 miles past Hunt, Texas on Hwy 39. We are
only 20 min from Kerrville, 45 min from
Fredericksburg, and 25 min from Lost Maples State
Park.
We are located directly on the river; unlike other
places in the area, YOU DON'T HAVE TO CROSS
THE ROAD TO GET TO THE RIVER!
The property consists of two cottages,
each along the bank of the river. The Small Cottage
can sleep up to 4, and the Large Cottage can sleep up
to 9. Either Cottage can be rented separately or both
may be rented together, allowing for groups from 2 to
13 people.
Guests at Toad Hall I enjoy the privacy of an
intimate hide-a-way, but with the same conveniences
of a hotel. All linens, towels, L'Occitane bathroom
products, kitchen essentials, reverse osmosis
drinking water, propane/charcoal grills, firewood,
satellite TV, DVD players and stereos are provided.
The only requirement for you is to bring
your groceries, swimsuit, media, and the time to relax
at your own peaceful getaway.
