| A Few Bits and Pieces You Should Know Before Check-In Location: Toad Hall 1 is located 5.5 miles past Hunt on Hwy 39. We are on the right side of the road... just look for our sign. Our property doesn't always Mapquest properly, So be sure and print the map below. Our address is 2736 Hwy 39 Hunt, TX Arrival: A couple days before your scheduled arrival, our property manager Cindy will give you a call to coordinate your check-in. Please remember that Check in is not before 4 PM, and Check-out is not after 11 AM. Phones: Cell Service should not be counted on at Toad Hall I, We have a Verizon Wireless Repeater onsite, but service is still not 100% reliable. Local and incoming calls are free on our landline, but you will need a calling card to make long distance calls. We recommend that you give family or friends the number to your cottage if they need to reach you. If not, a quick 1 mile drive back towards town should give you cell service. Internet: We now offer Wireless Internet at Toad Hall 1. High Speed Internet is available for Free! Booking Both Cottages: There is a discount, and this ensures that you will have the property completely to yourself. The Small Cottage and Large Cottage are about 20 ft from each other at the closest point, and are connected via a covered pathway. Policies Refunds: Reservations that do not fall on a holiday or a camp closing/opening day may be canceled more than 30 days with only a 5% processing fee. These reservations canceled less than 30 days before scheduled arrival will receive a 50% refund. Holiday period and camp closing/opending day reservations (reservations that include a U.S Government Holiday or a major opening/closing day at a Hunt area camp) that are canceled more than 60 days before scheduled arrival will only be charged a 5% processing fee. These reservations canceled less than 60 days before scheduled arrival will receive a 50% refund. Camp opening/closing days are only in the summer months, and tend to fall around the first and last week of June, July and August. Contact us if you have any questions about a particular date. Pet Policy: We understand that pets are a part of the family, after all we have pets too. At the same time, we have to keep in mind that pets often require extra cleaning. Our policy is to allow pets under 20lb with a $500 refundable pet deposit. Pets over 20 LB are NOT allowed. We also have a 2 pet limit. This deposit is refunded after our property manager and cleaning staff have determined that damage/soiling did not occur to the property during your stay.... Please be aware that excessive pet hair will incur a cleaning charge. If extra cleaning is necessary, the minimum charge would be $100. We ask that all pets be declared to us before your arrival. Unannounced pets will incur a non-refundable daily charge of $100/day. We really do appreciate your understanding. Cleaning / Damage Policy: 95% of our guests leave the property in excellent shape, however there is the other 5%. We certainly don't expect you to do all of the cleaning yourself, but we do ask for a little help. If you decide to leave the property in a unusually unclean state you agree that we may charge you for extra cleaning at $40/hr ( dependent on the amount of extra time needed to clean ) with a $100 minimum. Any Damage to the property will also be billed to your credit card after a bid for repair or replacement cost has been obtained. By making a reservation you agree to these terms and conditions |
